When a storage space becomes available in the future, then you can assign a person to the storage so that they are the future owner. Or if you need to you can release the storage space to be unassigned.
Change the future owner to a person
When the person in the future will become the owner of the storage.
Navigate to Resources > Storage.
Double click the asset to edit. The Edit Storage dialog displays.
In the Future Owner field, enter the person's name. Note: The Current Owner field will either have a person's name or will be blank (unassigned).
Click the Update button.
Change the future owner to unassigned
When the person in the future will not be the owner of the storage (the storage will be released from ownership), then you can indicate this by leaving the future owner field blank.
Navigate to Resources > Storage.
Double click the asset to edit. The Edit Storage dialog displays.
In the Future Owner field, leave this field blank.
