You can view your upcoming bookings for the current month and if you can book on the behalf of others, then you can see these bookings too.

Follow the Steps

From the Concierge Menu, tap on My Bookings.

The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called My Bookings or another name that suits your business, see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.

Your desk and spaces booking display in the calendar.

Either tap the date or scroll the calendar listing to find your booking.

Remember that the Bookings Calendar displays the meeting room bookings when your instance is set up for Space Reservations without Calendar Integration.

If you have the ability to book on behalf of another then, click the Only Show drop-down, select All Bookings.

The desk booking(s) for people you have booked for displays.

Remember, your Admin has the ability to cancel desk reservations.
