Two people are desk sharing, why can I not assign more than one person to the desk?

Each workpoint is configured to accept single or multiple occupants. When you are looking at the workpoint form, this is indicated in the Person/Status header bar with either a Person or People icon respectively.

If you require the occupancy configuration to be changed for a workpoint, then contact the Corporate Real Estate team. After this is completed, refresh your browser to pick up the new setting and update the workpoint with the occupant names.
