View Floor Audit History

The audit trail in the building is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a floor's details.

  1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
  2. Click on the building. The building details displays.
  3. Click the floor number. The floor overview displays.
  4. Click the Audit History image2021-10-18_9-41-12.png icon.

5. Click the Arrow image2021-10-18_9-43-29.pngicon to display the changes.

6. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand image2021-10-18_9-46-7.png icon to view the changes.The Audit History Details dialog displays.

7. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
