Purpose

Desk bookings provide an important measure of demand for space. Record of check-ins provides confirmation that the spaces were actually used as requested and yield important insights into behavior. For example, significant numbers or spaces being booked but not used.

• See most in-demand space types.
• Compare check-in rates.
• Detailed hourly records of activity by space.

Special Data Elements

• Total Minutes - The total number of activities within each hour expressed as desk*minutes.

Special Filters

• Date Granularity filter - Allows selection of granularity of analysis for the dashboard. Hour, Day, and Week are recommended
