Configure the Service Request Status

Level: System Administrator

The Service Request Status displays in the vertical process bar and this is set up in the Service Request Status keyword set.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Keywords.
  2. Search for Service Request Status.
  3. Select the Service Request Status keyword set. The keywords displays in the panel at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Add keyword values to the lower section to include them in your Service Request status. For more information on how to add keyword values, see Modify an existing Keyword Set.
