The MLS installation and its dependencies are handled by the Serraview Implementation team. Also, MLS can be installed and run without administrator privileges.
Assistance may be required to:
Download the required installation files to the server on which MLS and its dependencies are to be installed, including:
MLS
Erlang
RabbitMQ
Locate the appropriate location for the installation, configuration, and log files on your server (according to your best practice recommendations).
Grant the required permissions to install and configure MLS and its dependencies.
Define and configure the following;
The service account MLS will run under (Network Service by default)
The port MLS will run on (80 by default)
The URL to be used by LDM (Lightweight Desk Monitor) to reach MLS.
Setup the MLS private key for service-to-service authentication to your Serraview instance.
