Complete an Employee Audit using Micro-survey

Gather the Work From Home or Shift/Phase information directly from your employees. Use the micro-survey to ask your employees questions such as:
  • How do you feel about coming into the office?
  • When do you plan to return to the office?
  • What are the days you will be in the office?


  • Direct feedback from the employee.
  • Micro-survey questions can be adjusted and the survey updated as the situation evolves.

Adjust the micro-survey questions in Configuration module.

Set up any communications to employees



  1. Send out the communication to the employees.
  2. Employee complete the micro-survey questions.

The employees can access the My Profile from Serraview.


Or from the Engage app, refer to Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.
