Search for Workplace Managers

Assign an Access Profile to a Workplace Manager >>

You can search for existing Workplace Manager to check that they are assigned to the correct location and/or org units.

  1. Navigate to Audits > Workplace Admin.
  2. In the Search field, enter your search criteria. As you type the search results display.
  3. If you want to use the filters, click the Filters image2020-2-27_11-16-8.png icon.

The following filters can be used:

  1. From the Location drop-down, search or select a location.
  2. From the Org Unit drop-down, search or select an org unit.
  3. From the Last Validated Before calendar picker, select a date.
  4. In the Where Opportunity is more than field, enter number.
  5. Check the Hasn't logged in check box to display the Workplace Administrators who haven't logged in.
  6. Check the Never Validated check box to display the teams never validated.
  7. Check the Show Non-VBS Buildings check box.

To clear the search, click the X icon and to clear the filters, click the Clear button.
