22 Floorplan Block Report
Overview
Floorplan Block Report is the most commonly used floorplan report. It provides a visually effective view of floor blocking, and can be colored at any level of the Organizational Unit Hierarchy.
If you filter by an Org Unit or Tag that is not present or not associated with any spaces on the selected Floor, then the report will fail with the following message: “Unable to produce report due to the following error: No floors match all filters given”
Parameters
The report lets you filter by different options and you can select what you want to display on the report:
- Region/Building/Floor
- Org Unit
- Tags
- Snapshot
- Point Size
- Org Unit Color Options
- Color By
- Team Label - Either None, Inline, Callout - Detailed, Callout - Key Only
- Show Legend
- Include Tables
- Show Hoods
- Show Hood Labels
- Show Workpoint Labels
- Show People
- Show Team Blocking
- Highlight Occupancy
- Zoom to Selector - Either Floor, Zone, or Team
Key Data
- Team Name and Cost Center
- Allocation and Occupancy
The table at the bottom of the page shows the team allocation (stack) for the space on the floor. Division, Org Unit and Line of Business represent the first three levels of your Organizational Unit Hierarchy.
- Display labels with occupant's names to assist with validation during floorwalks.
- Filter by Business Unit and provide with the monthly chargeback report for Validation.
