Description

160 Access Profiles Report

This is an export of the Access Profile grid and it is available in the Profile Administration > Access Profiles tab's Quick Reports.

161 Manage Teams Report

This is an export of the Manage Teams grid and it is available in the Profile Administration > Manage Teams tab's Quick Reports. It shows a list of all teams in the portfolio, with the administrators assigned to them.

160 Access Profiles Report

This is an export of the Portal Updates grid and it is available in the Profile Administration > Portal Updates' Quick Reports tab.

164 Manage Administrators Report

This is an export of the Manage Administrators grid and it is available in the Profile Administration > Manage Administrators' Quick Reports tab.
This report displays a list of all team administrators, their Admin Type and the teams they manage. Use this report to locate teams without a Workplace Administrator and to determine teams that have not been validated within a specific time period.

You can run the quick report from the relevant tab.

  1. Navigate to Audits> Workplace Admin.
  2. Either click Access Profiles icon or the Manage Admins icon.
  3. Either use the Search field and/or and apply one or more filters.
  4. Click the Reports link.
  5. Click the quick report.
  6. Your report will run in the Reports Queue. When it is complete, select the link to open the report and view its content.

The quick reports are configurable by your System Administrator. They can choose different reports to run and the parameters set on each report for maximum benefit for your business. For information on setting up the quick reports, refer to Quick Reports.
