Reserve Desks for your Team (Web)

Use Team Reservations to reserve desks for your entire team and then your team members can accept or decline the team reservation.

Follow the Steps

From the Concierge menu, click on Maps to begin.

The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business, see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.

You can reserve the desks for Now or a future date. The Now clipboard_eadfe4e534fb9917700f9dfc318b7124f.png icon lets you pick a future date.


Either you can make the reservation for now or make it for the future.

Let's make it for the future and click the Now icon.

Select the date and the time and then click the Select button.


Click the Teams tab.


You can either search for the team's name or browse the list. When you find the team then click on their name.

If your team names are not familiar to you, then speak to your System Administrator about updating these as the Serraview instance may be using formal team names provided by HR. Learn more in Configure Team Reservation.

The team members displays.


If you do not select anyone then the team reservation is made for everyone on the team.

If you want to make a team reservation for a few team members then you can select the person's initials to select team members for the team reservation.


Click the Team Reservation button.

Either select the desks from the list or click and drag the cursor to select the desks on the floorplan.

When the selection is made, then the book for screen displays.

Click the Reserve button to reserve the desks.


Engage will email all the team's employees and they will receive a Confirmation email.
