If an existing Workplace Manager needs to be changed for a team because they have left the business or moved teams.
Step 1. Assign the Manager to the Location/Org Unit
From the Access Profiles screen, complete the following:
In the Search field, enter the name of the person.
The grid will display the result.
2. From the column header, click the Select icon to select the person.
3. Click the Edit icon.
4. In the People field, click the X icon to clear the person's name.
5. In the People field, enter the name of the person and you can add multiple names if needed.
If needed the following can be updated too:
6. Assign the person to either a location or org unit. Complete either:
from the Location field, enter and select thelocation.
from the Org Unit drop-down, select theorg unit.
7. Select the profile type. For example Workplace Manager.
8. Form the Security Role drop-down, select the security role.
9. Click the Update button.
This will give the person the required secured action and then send out an invitation email.
If you want to synchronize the changes to your Access Profiles now instead of waiting overnight for the changes to be synchronized, then click the Synchronize Admins button.
