Use the Archive Candidates Search and Filter

The Archive Candidates screen contains a search and filter.

This allows you to search for the archive candidates in the list.

Filter for space types

You can filter the list to quickly find the archive candidates.

  1. Click the Filter image2020-12-14_12-3-31.png icon. The filter panel displays.

2. From Org Unit drop-down, search or browse to select the org unit.

3. From the Primary Location drop-down, search or browse to select the primary location.

The list is filtered to display archive candidates that match the filter.
