Why does the room timeline range not match the Microsoft Outlook / Google Calendar?

In the Locator there is a room timeline range (availability).

For example:

If the room timeline range does not match the Microsoft Outlook / Google Calendar it is because Serraview has its own visual configuration.

You can configure the room timeline range.

  1. Navigate to Configuration > General.
  2. From the Configuration drop-down, select Room Booking Configuration.
  3. Click the Edit button. 
  4. In the Room Availability Timeline Range (minutes) field, enter the minutes. The Locator displays what is current therefore the timeline will always start from the current time the person is viewing the Locator and then up to the set room availability timeline range. For example: If a person is using Locator at 10:00 am and the room availability timeline range is set to 480 minutes. Then the availability timeline will display from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  5. Click the Update button.
