Chargeback Reports
When running Chargeback you can use the 22 Floorplan Block Report to distribute to Line of Business Managers to clearly show the allocation and occupancy.
For reporting to Finance, we have the following standard spreadsheet reports:

The report displays a breakdown of the chargebacks broken down by Org Unit, Team, Floor, Building. Also, an exceptions tab includes which lists the Building Name, Floor Name, and the exceptions. For example floors without any teams but have space to be charged. |
These represent the more common layouts required by Finance to chargeback space costs and include information for the region, buildings, floors, and org units. The ability to export into CSV or XLSX formats means it can quickly be imported directly into ERP systems.
