Why does a person display as away when they are active?

When using Locator with SVLive

A person must be actively using the laptop/desktop computer (for example mouse/keyboard movement). If they are:

  • sitting at a desk but not have used their laptop/desktop computer for a few minutes, then they will display as 'away'.
  • using a laptop without connecting via an ethernet cable or a docking station, but still logged in on their desktop, then they will display as 'away'.
