311 SVLive Report Enhancement

Released  August 5th

This report will include the following changes:

  • Include the selected Start Date in the selection of included data, rather than only showing data from after the Start Date.
  • Include the selected End Date in the selection of included data, rather than only showing data from before the End Date.
  • Format Time to dynamically adjust to the user’s region format.

Format Processed Time to dynamically adjust to the user’s region format.

This report will include the following new column:

  • Is Remote?
