Purpose

Highlights many of the most important metrics relating to spaces and their allocation. Supports space managers' data validation, communication, and detailed planning by providing this filterable summary, as well as a low-level table listing spaces and their present allocation details.

Special Data Elements

  • Allocated/Unallocated Workpoints - A workpoint is considered allocated if it has a team.

  • Occupied/Unoccupied Workpoints - A workpoint is considered occupied if it has a person or a retention status that counts as occupied.

  • People Assigned - Number of people assigned to a space.

  • Retention Status - Status/reason for the space being retained
