SVLive SPS Maintenance

Follow the process flow below to complete the SPS maintenance.

Not seeing a specific User in the SVLive dataset.

On the affected user's device, is the SPS.exe installed?

Yes - go the next question.

No - go to install the SPS (SVLive Presence Service) on an standard operating environment (SOE).

On the device, is the SPS.exe running?

Yes - go to the next question.

No - restart the user's device.

Does the sps.ini config use the correct SVLive Endpoint URL?

Yes - go to the Firewall and Proxy Maintenance.

No - go to install the SPS (SVLive Presence Service) on an standard operating environment (SOE).
