Follow the process flow below to complete the SPS maintenance.

On the affected user's device, is the SPS.exe installed? |
Yes - go the next question. No - go to install the SPS (SVLive Presence Service) on an standard operating environment (SOE). |

On the device, is the SPS.exe running? |
Yes - go to the next question. No - restart the user's device. |

Does the sps.ini config use the correct SVLive Endpoint URL? |
Yes - go to the Firewall and Proxy Maintenance. No - go to install the SPS (SVLive Presence Service) on an standard operating environment (SOE). |
