350 Switch Import
Overview
This report is used to extract switch data for the Switch Import. You will be able to import new switches, modify or archive existing switches.

Instructions Tab
You can use this file to make changes to your switches to re-import to Serraview.
Please delete this instructions tab and whichever tab (Update or Add New) that you don't use before attempting to import.
Valid values are as follows:
- Building - The building name must be the same as Building and Floors Module.
- Floor - The floor name must be the same as Building and Floors Module, note: when changing to see if the number is 01 or 1.
- IP Address - The IP Address of the Switch e.g. 10.123.123.12.
- Archive - Accepts values of true or false. True means archive, false means don't archive.
- Additional Floors - Sometimes switches are connected to the multiple floors (e.g. levels 1,2 and 3 are managed by the same switch, which allows the floors to all be connected). If levels 1, 2 and 3 are connected the value in this column would be 2,3 and the value in the Floor column would be 1.
Check Boxes
- Archive Untouched Switches - Please use the Archive column rather than checking this box.
- Force Import - Please avoid checking this box unless confirmed by Eptura.
