Product Support Panel Enhancement

Released September 17th

We are working hard to bring you a better experience and part of this is we are moving the Serraview Knowledge Center to a new home and it will contain the same help articles that you are familiar with.

Part of this enhancement is to update the Help icon. So, when you click on the Help icon you can either go directly to the Knowledge Center or open the Product Support Panel. If you click the Knowledge Center link this will take you to the relevant module and if you click the Product Support the panel will display links to:

  • What's New? 
  • Knowledge Center 
  • Suggest a Feature 
  • Submit a Support Request

People Directory's new Filters

Accruent 360Facility Integration Enhancement

Released September 17th

The integration has been enhanced to include:

  • Floor field  - This field will be populated with the building's floors.
  • Status transition - 360Facility can be configured to require a comment on a status transition. With this release, the integration will allow System Administrators to configure which statuses require a comment to be added. This will force the user to add a comment in Serraview so this can be sent in the API update.
