Follow the process flow below to find the event logs and the SPS version number.

Save the Event Viewer Log for the relevant SVLive application. 

Go to Find the Event Viewer Log.

Confirm the SPS version number.

Go to the Find SPS Version Number.

Create a Support case that includes the Event Log file and the SPS version number.
