You can delete the neighborhood from the Block and Stack

1. On the stack or block, select a neighborhood.
2. From the Information Panel, click the Neighborhoods tab.
3. Select the neighborhood.
4. Click the Delete icon. The warning message displays Are you sure you want to remove this neighborhood?
5. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.
