Live View

If you have the Sensor integration set up for your floor then you will see the Live View. When you view the floor plan the sensor's state will update automatically for each space. This will display the following:

  • Offline - the space's sensor is offline
  • Vacant - the space is vacant
  • Occupied - the space is occupied
  • No Sensor - the space has no sensor connected to it

You can click on a space to display the space card will display the "Live People Count".

Serraview Only Configuration

Your Serraview Administrator can adjust how long it takes before a sensor shows up as "Offline", see Maintain Sensors.
