Serraview is committed to assisting Corporate Real Estate teams in the event an incident disrupts everyday working life for your employees or your business.

The Proximity (SVLive) report has been created to allow clients to investigate the movement of an individual and identify those who have been detected in the same space, floor or building, and is available for clients who have SVLive data in Serraview. Results are based on where the nominated person has been detected by SVLive using either a wired or wi-fi connection.

For clients using Room Booking, this report also extends to include room bookings.

The available parameters are the location and date range, and the name of one or more people on which to run the report.

This report has been added as a custom report to your Serraview environment. You can find it by searching the report name in the Reporting module and is available in both the Serraview 2.0 and Serraview 3.0 platforms.

For this example, I have nominated Victoria as the location, the date range as 1st to the 29th of February, and searched for the staff member “Yvette Koumides”.

Note: Yvette Koumides is Serrview's Training Specialist and she has used herself as an example in this video.

On the Selected Persons Activity tab, you see where the nominated person was detected at a space using a wired connection, or a floor when connected through wi-fi.

Please note that wired and wi-fi total minutes can overlap.

Slide5.PNG

The Proximity by Individual tab, shows people who were detected in the same spaces or floors as the nominated individual within the date range. This is listed by date, so simply scroll down to see each date in turn.

The All Data tab shows all people who were in the nominated location for the entire date range. This is presented as raw data, and you can use the filters to home in on specific dates within your date range.

For example, Yvette was detected on the 6th February, but not the 7th. Using the All Data tab I can filter to see people who were detected in the nominated location via wired or wi-fi connection in on the 7th of February if required.

For clients who have Room Booking data in Serraview, the Meetings with Affected Persons tab shows all meeting bookings that relate to the nominated person, and all other people involved in those booked meetings.

The Meetings in Affected Rooms tab shows meetings that were booked in the same space where the affected person had a meeting within the date range applied to the report.

The room booking information provided in this report is particularly useful as you can quickly identify people likely to have been in near proximity to your nominated person, and spaces possibly requiring attention, such as security or cleaning services.

We hope you will find this report useful in the management of incidents relating to individuals using SVLive technology.
