View Custom Fields Audit History Last updated Save as PDF The audit trail in the custom fields is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as adding a new custom field, or deleting a custom field. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > Custom Fields. Click the Audit History icon. The Audit History Panel displays. 3. Click the Arrow icon to display the changes. 4. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand icon to view the changes. The Audit History Details dialog displays. 5. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
