Session Timeout The session timeout can be set up and Serraview recommends that you set the time it takes your session to expire, to 15 minutes, after a period of inactivity. Refer to Configure the Session Timeout. |
Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > General. |
Request Account link If you do not have SSO (single sign-on) set up in your environment and you want user to be able to request an account, then you can set up the Request Account link to display on the Sign In screen. Refer to Configure Request Account link. |

Auto Lock and Auto Archive For users who have not logged into Service for a long time, you can set up the auto lock and/or auto archive users. |

Single Sign On (SSO) This is the most popular method for Serraview's larger Clients. It allows a user to sign in once to their network and thereby gain access to several network connected programs, eliminating the need to sign into each system individually. Refer to Single Sign On (SSO). |

SSO using SAML Set up the SAML for the Serrview product. Refer to Set up SAML in Serraview Configuration. |

SSO and Default New User When a new user is created as an SSO user, then this user will be created in Serraview and will have a default user role. The System Administrator can set the default new user role. Refer to Configure Default User Role and the Logon Identifier. |
