The Client IT will be instructed to perform a restart on the MLS server. The following details the steps to restart the server.
Start the MLS Server
Sign in to the MLS Server.
On the server, open the services menu.
Start the service Serraview Live MLS Service. Ensure the state is 'Running'. RabbitMQ will automatically start.
Notify Serrraview when this is complete.
Stop the MLS Server
Sign in to the MLS Server.
Open Task Manager and end the MLS task.
On the server, open the services menu.
Stop the service Serraview Live MLS Service. Ensure the state is 'Stopping'.
Stop the service RabbitMQ.
MLS Logs
If you need to send the MLS Log file(s) to the Serraview Support team, you will find the logs on your Local client MLS Server.
Navigate to C: > Program Files > Serraview > SVLive MLS > Logs.
Within the folder, you will find multiple text files and the Rolling-log.txt file is the current day and the previous logs are named and saved by date.
