Engage with Sensors - Room Availability on the Floorplan Enhancement

• Green

  • Available spaces with a sensor indicating no occupants are represented in green.

  • Non-bookable rooms with a sensor indicating no occupants are represented in green.

• Navy - This color before the enhancement was Gray.

  • Booked meeting spaces are now represented in navy .

  • Booked meeting spaces with a sensor indicating an occupant are represented in navy.

  • Non-bookable rooms with a sensor indicating an occupant are represented in navy.

• Gray

  • Non-bookable rooms with a sensor with a future date/time selected are represented in gray.

  • Sensors cannot represent occupant statuses in the future, so when you view the floorplan at a future date and time only the reservable spaces are colored.

• Orange

  • Available meeting spaces with a sensor indicating an occupant are represented in orange.
