Update Authorization Number, Project, or Work Order

From the Manage Service Request screen.

  • Click a service request to edit. The Edit Service Request screen displays.

Update Authorization Number and/or Project

From the Related To area, you can update the Authorization Number, Project Name, or Number.

Authorization Number

  1. For the field, you want to edit, click the Edit clipboard_e10520774c635ca9e907a9f5787049773.png icon.
  2. In the Authorization Number field, enter the authorization number.
  3. Click the Tick clipboard_e625aeb1d3b7a6c1adba5843afe751270.png icon to save.

If you need to remove the entry, click the X icon.

BOS Move Project

You can link a BOS Move Plan to the service request. 

The BOS Move Plan must be created before you can link it. For details on how to create a BOS Move Plan see BOS.

  1. For the field, you want to edit, click the Edit clipboard_e5256a7164ab343326914be88d40187f3.png icon.
  2. In the Project field, search for the BOS Move Plan and then select it.
  3. Click the Tick clipboard_e39b1a8928e790d9a98e0aa65d4e56863.png icon to save.

If you need to remove the entry, click the X icon.

Work Order

If your business has an integration to Accruent 360Facility and Serraview or ServiceNow and Serraview then you can create a work order.
