How do I opt-out a person from displaying in Locator?

If you have a person that must not be displayed in Locator then you can opt them out of being included in the SVLive data.

From Serraview, complete the following:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > Reference Data > Bulk Update.
  2. From the People section, search for the person. 
  3. Select the person. Note if you need to opt-out more than one person then search again for the next person and select their name.
  4. Click the Update image2021-4-20_11-11-25.png icon. The Updating form displays.

5. For the Opt-out of SVLive, click the Don't Update and select Overwrite.

6. Check the Opt-out of SVLive check box.

7. Click the Update button.
