Booking Check-in Analysis Dashboard

Purpose

This dashboard lets you take a closer look at bookings, specifically analyzing check-in behavior and the types of bookings made. Information like when people are typically checking out, checking in, and how many bookings are made are included. This helps inform business rules or track progress against them.

Special Data Elements

• Check-in to Start by Hour Of Day = This tile shows, by the hour of day the booking was booked for, how big of a gap there is between check-in and start time. The idea is to answer questions like ‘for early morning bookings, are check-ins further removed from the start time?’

Limitations

• Currently, there is some logic that changes end times for bookings when checked out. This means the gap between end time and check out may not be correct. We are working to resolve this.
