Add the Desk Reservation to your Calendar

After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file.

Double click the Engage Booking - <your office name>Office.ics file and you will be prompted to add the booking to your calendar.

The calendar event dialog displays.

Click the Save & Close button.

The desk reservation is saved in your calendar.
