Workplace Portal Quick Reports

You can provide Workplace Administrators with the ability to run their own reports and this is one of Workplace's most highly-valued features. This lets the Workplace Administrators or Workplace Managers take a floorplan occupancy report off-line to a meeting to discuss where people are sitting, or to provide a new starter their location on their first day.

From the module complete the following:

  1. Click the Quick Reports (Floor) button.

2. Click the quick report.

3. Your report will run and download to your device. When it is downloaded, you can open the report and view its content.

22 Floorplan Block Report

Often the Floorplan Block report is set up by default.

A floorplan report displaying every desk/room/area that matches the filter criteria. The desk/room name is included as a label.

50 Occupancy Details Report

 List of current occupants and their workstations.

The Quick Report will display after the nightly app pool restart has occurred. If you cannot wait for until the next day, then contact the Serraview Support team.

The quick reports are configurable by your System Administrator. They can choose different reports to run and the parameters set on each report for maximum benefit for your business. For information on setting up the quick reports, refer to Quick Reports.
