The audit trail in the service request is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a service request, changing dates, or assigning a contact or approver.
Navigate to Move Add Change > Service Requests.
Click aservice requestto edit. The Edit Service Request screen displays.
Click theAudit Historyicon.
The Audit History Panel displays.
4. Click theArrow icon to display the changes.
5. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click theExpand icon to view the changes.
The Audit History Details dialog displays.
6. Uncheck theShow Only Changed Fieldscheck box to display all the fields.
