View the Service Request Audit History

The audit trail in the service request is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a service request, changing dates, or assigning a contact or approver.
  1. Navigate to Move Add Change > Service Requests.
  2. Click a service request to edit. The Edit Service Request screen displays.
  3. Click the Audit History clipboard_eb2b313a67c8a2ae8b729d17bbe15d63c.png icon. 


The Audit History Panel displays.


4. Click the Arrow image2021-10-18_9-43-29.pngicon to display the changes.


5. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand icon_expand.png icon to view the changes.

The Audit History Details dialog displays.


6. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
