View the Service Request Audit History Last updated Save as PDF The audit trail in the service request is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as editing a service request, changing dates, or assigning a contact or approver. Navigate to Move Add Change > Service Requests. Click a service request to edit. The Edit Service Request screen displays. Click the Audit History icon. The Audit History Panel displays. 4. Click the Arrow icon to display the changes. 5. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand icon to view the changes. The Audit History Details dialog displays. 6. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
