Tagging is a labeling system for entities in Serraview and we recommend that you use these for internal reporting. You can apply tags individually in the Block and Stack (VBS) and if you need to apply them in bulk then see:

Tags can be viewed so you can see what tags are applied to a building, floor, neighborhood, team, or space. Learn more about the Information Panel's Tag tab in View the Tag tab.

The default tag list for the People tag set, Space tag set, and the Team tag set are managed in configuration, refer to Tagging.
