Maintain Workpoint Data

Below lists some of the common updates that can be complete using the Workpoint Import.

Update Space Mapping

  • update the name of the space.
  • change the space type.

Update Visual, Block and Stack (VBS)

  • update the space's working style.
  • update the cost center or the org unit allocated to the space.
  • allocate workpoints (or spaces) to a team or neighborhood.

Update Chargeback

  • update the space's charge rule.

Update Workplace Notes

  • add workplace notes or clear all the workplace notes.

Update Engage

  • enable users to reserve a space (such as desk or meeting room) in Engage.

Update Locator

  • add space details such as seats, show availability in Locator, or enable users to reserve a space in Locator.
  • add email addresses to meeting spaces to enable reservation through Locator.
