Use the Person Directory Search and Filter

Before you can create a Serraview user account or Access Profile the person must exist in the People Directory. If you want to check if the person exists before creating an account or profile, you can search the People Directory. Or, alternatively, you can run the 55 People Report as this lists the directory in an Excel spreadsheet.

This allows you to search the row for a person.

  1. In the Search field, enter the name of the person.

The search results display.

To clear the search, click the X icon.

Filter

The filter can be used on its own or in combination with the search.

  1. Optional - In the Search field, enter the name of the person.
  2. Click the Filter icon_filter.png icon. The Advanced Filters panel displays.

3. In the Org Unit drop-down, either enter the org unit or click the drop-down to navigate to the org unit.

4. In the Location drop-down, either search or browse for the location.

5. In the Manger field, enter the manager's name.

The results display.

To remove the filter, click the Clear button.
