The following email templates are set up for Scenario Move Plan.

Sent automatically to a person when they are granted access to a Scenario Move Plan.

This will be sent to new users that do not have an account with steps on how to create an account.

 

Sent To: Invitee to the Scenario Move Plan (provided to the template by Scenario Planner)

Please use the instructions below to get started.

How to Create your Password

1. When you are ready to access the system, open this page: %loginLink%.

2. Click on the 'Reset Password' link

3. You will receive an email with a link to create a password. All you need to do is follow the instructions included in the email and you will be ready to go. If you forget your password in the future, simply follow the steps above to create a new one.

How to Login in future

To access Serraview, head to %loginLink%. You may like to bookmark or save this site as a favourite for easy access in the future.

Person First Name The first name of the user.
Scenario Plan - Project Name The summary name given to the Scenario Plan.
Person Username The username that has been assigned to the user account.
Scenario Plan - URL The URL that links directly to the Scenario Plan.
Login Link A URL Link that takes to their instance login page.
Invitee to the Scenario Move Plan Scenario Planner - Access Invite (New User)
