352 Occupancy Fixed Workpoint Import
Overview
This report is used to extract Fixed Team's data for the Occupant Import. You will be able to import the modified employees' occupancy details.
People with Multiple Locations
Remember if you have people with multiple locations then if the Move? the column is set to Yes then this will move the person and remove them from all the other assigned places. If set to No, the person will not move but instead be added to that desk in addition to their other locations.
Import to Use
After this file has been updated, it must be imported into Serraview for changes to be applied. The import to use is the Occupancy Import.
