Configure Number of Days before a Candidate is Archived

During a Person Import there is a setting to archive people who are not in this import. This will add any person in Serraview who is not present in the Person Import file to the Archive Candidates list, refer to Archive or Reject People on the Archive Candidates List.

Then the Archive Candidates will sit on the list for a period of time. This allows time for a few more Person Imports to run – to establish if they have left the organization or were erroneously missing from a single import. If they are still missing the Person Import after the number of days set, then the archive candidate becomes archived.

You can configure the number of days before a candidate is archived.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Data Imports.
  2. In the Number of days until candidates are archived field, enter the number of days the person's name will remain in the Archive Candidates list before being automatically archived.
  3. Click the Update button.
