Troubleshooting - No Activity Data

The following troubleshooting process flow will help you diagnose issues.

No Wired or Wi-Fi activity is detected

No Wired or Wi-Fi activity is detected.

Is Wired or Wi-Fi activity detected elsewhere on the floor?

Yes - go to People Activity Data Troubleshooting.

No - go to the next question.

Is Wired or Wi-Fi activity detected elsewhere in the building?

Yes - go to Floor Activity Data Troubleshooting.

No - go to the next question.

Is Wired or Wi-Fi activity detected in a different building?

Yes - go to Building Activity Data Troubleshooting.

No - go to the next question.

Have you followed all steps in Switch Scanner Maintenance?

Yes - go to the next question.

No - go to Switch Scanner Maintenance.

Have you followed all steps in Firewall and Proxy Maintenance?

Yes - go to Maintenance Troubleshooting Logs

No - go to Firewall and Proxy Maintenance.
