VBS Blocking Toolbar

The VBS Blocking Toolbar only displays when you are in the Edit VBS mode. The toolbar contains the following:

Icon Description

Auto StackingThe Auto Stacking tool is on by default, in the VBS. Use the tool to update the stack to match what is blocked while you paint.

In the Scenario VBS, the Auto Stacking tool is turn off icon_auto_stacking_toggle_off.png by default.

Paint Brush - Allows you to block a single workpoint allocation at a time.

Paint Roller - Allows you to block multiple workpoints allocation.

 Paint Over - As you paint on the floorplan this lets you paint over existing allocation.

Paint Occupant - As you paint on the floorplan the unallocated desks are allocated, this allocation is based on the occupant's cost center.

Erase Allocation - This erases the allocation on the floorplan but it does not erase the occupant(s).

Erase Occupant - This erases the occupant on the floorplan and removes the person from the team but it does not erase the allocation unless you have the Auto De-allocated Unoccupied Desks enabled, see Configure Auto Allocate in the VBS.

Remember when you have finished using the tool to click on the icon to turn the tool off. For example:
