Serraview and Locator Configuration Overview

The Serraview user accounts used to access Locator will need certain secured actions for the room booking service to work.

For the rooms that you want to book via Locator, you need to add the room calendar to each room.

Add the seat capacity and room attributes to all meeting spaces to be displayed in Locator.

For all bookable spaces, enable availability in Locator to display as per calendar and allow/disallow just in-time bookings to be made from Locator as per business requirements.
