View Document Library Audit History Last updated Save as PDF The audit trail in the Document Libary is used for compliance and provides a list of changes made by the user, such as loading a new file. You can view the audit history for the Document Library. Navigate to Resources > Document Libary. Click the Audit History icon. The Audit History Panel displays. 3. Click the Arrow icon to display the changes. 4. For changes that involve many fields to be updated, click the Expand icon to view the changes The Audit History Details dialog displays. 5. Uncheck the Show Only Changed Fields check box to display all the fields.
