The following troubleshooting process flows will help you diagnose issues.

Is the activity detected by other staff on a different floor in the same building? |
Yes - go to the next question. No - go to Building Activity Data Troubleshooting. |

Is the activity detected by other staff if they sit at the desks? |
Yes - go to SPS Maintenance. No - go to Wireup Maintenance. |
No Wi-Fi data is detected on the floor
