This dashboard provides users with the most fundamental data needed for meeting room analysis. Breakdowns by the hour, space type, attendees are all included. This information can help inform strategic decisions surrounding meeting rooms.

Special Data Elements

• Spaces with Seats > 0 are considered meeting rooms. 

• Average Resident Attendees Per Day/Meeting = The average number of people, who are residents to the building in which the space was booked, attending per day/booking.
