Distribute a Link to download the Engage App
Complete the following:
- Set up the Link in the format below (where the <tenantId> aligns with your workplace ID).
For Engage:
http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/<tenantID>
For Engage Intune:
http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/intune/<tenantID>
For example:
For the MyDemo company, the workplace ID to log in to the Engage App is MyDemo, therefore the launch URL is: http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/mydemo
2. Send the Link out to your users.
3. When a user visits this URL from a compatible mobile device the following will occur:
- If the app is installed it will automatically launch.
- If the app is not installed then your browser will open Engage Web.
Users will not have to enter their workplace ID if they use this link. The link will take them directly to the Engage login screen.
Distribute a QR Code to download the Engage App
You can also create a QR Code that users can scan that will automatically launch Engage (or take them to their App Store to download Engage).
Complete the following:
- Visit a QR Code generator, such as https://www.qr-code-generator.com/
- Set up the Link in the format below (where the <tenantId> aligns with your workplace ID used to log in to the Engage app).
For Engage:
http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/<tenantID>
For Engage Intune:
http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/intune/<tenantID>
For example:
For the MyDemo company, the workplace ID to log in to the Engage App is MyDemo, therefore the launch URL is: http://engage.spaceiq.com/launch/mydemo
3. Download the QR Code as a PNG.
4. Send out the QR Code to your users.
5. The user will scan the QR Code on their mobile device.
6. When a user scans the QR code from a compatible mobile device the following will occur:
- If the app is installed it will automatically launch.
- If the app is not installed then your browser will open Engage Web.
