Find a Space using Reservations Assist

Use the Space Reservations Assist to quickly filter for spaces.

Follow the Steps

Tap on Maps to begin.

The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business, see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.

Tap the Spaces icon.



The spaces display in a list. Tap the Reservation Assist icon.



The Reservation Assist displays which you can use to filter for the following:

  • date and time 
  • capacity
  • space type
  • equipment


Tap the From date.

The calendar displays.


Select the date and time and then tap the Select button.


  • In the Capacity spin box, enter in the number of people.
  • Tap the Capacity spin box to select the number of people.


You can filter by:

  • Type
  • Equipment

In this example, we will filter by Equipment.

  • Tap the Equipment > filter to display the filter options.
  • Tap the Conference Phone filter to turn it on.

When you are finished selecting filters, then tap the Apply button.


The list of spaces displays.


Tap the space's name that you want to reserve.

The space's location displays.


Tap the booking during, either 15min, 30min, 1hr, or other (this will let you set the hours and minutes).

Slide the Slide to Reserve button to reserve the meeting room.

The meeting room is booked and the meeting room will send you an email with the meeting room appointment.
